COCŌN is a new way to experience Reformer Pilates in Brussels — and more than a Pilates studio.

Our hybrid concept combines Coached and Selfled Reformer Pilates, giving you the freedom to move with guidance or independently, at your own pace.

With the COCŌN app, you can easily:

But COCŌN goes beyond movement. We created a space where Pilates, art and community come together. Discover our rotating art curation, connect through community moments and events, or simply slow down and enjoy something from our honesty bar before or after your practice.
