Dishonest service. I located the gym I wanted to go on the app, they redirected my to purchase a subscription, I purchase a subscription using the link which doesn't give me access to the gym I selected. Immediately after I asked to cancel the purchase and to be refunded and they refused.

La app no abre en múltiples dispositivos. Al hablar con servicios al cliente, sólo refieres tonterías como si ya chequé mi conexión a internet o si tiene todos los permisos activados. Tienen que arreglarlo.

Ya "eliminé" mi datos de su sistema y aún así me siguen intentando renovar mes a mes (qué bueno que puse una tarjeta que nunca tiene saldo). Creo que no cumplen con los derechos ARCO lol
