FitRate is the training app for gyms that work with FitRate.
It centralizes your training data, heart rate, progress, and personal metrics in one place, so that each workout is clearer - in real time and after it ends.
During a workout, you can connect to a compatible heart rate monitor, join an active workout, and track your heart rate in real time. The app displays your heart rate zones by intensity level, so you can understand when your body is warming up, burning fat, doing aerobic exercise, or working out harder.
After your workout, you'll see a neat summary with your workout duration, average heart rate, maximum heart rate, calories, heart rate graph, time split by heart rate zone, and HRV data when available. You can view your workout history, compare your activity over time, and share a personalized workout summary.
FitRate also tracks body metrics like weight, circumference, body fat percentage, and muscle mass, along with graphs that help you see your progress over time. Additionally, you can record meals, set daily nutrition goals, and track calorie and macro goals.
The FitRate Coach allows you to ask questions and receive insights about your workouts, nutrition, and progress, based on the data in the app.
The app is intended for gym members who work with FitRate. Access to your account and workout data is dependent on registration and approval through the gym.
