Some some reason my FitRx wasn't connecting to my phone anymore. I Google it and search YouTube to come up with nothing. So I starting to mess around with my phones setting and got it to work by Turning on Bluetooth and manually adding Fitrx. It worked. And the Massager the was able to connect to the phone again. No help anywhere for this problem so hopefully I helped someone that is having this problem. Good luck

It's not the unit I have an issue with it's this app. When I first downloaded it it was kind of confusing to know if it was connected or not and I had to have someone else help me to figure it out (kept telling me if the lights were flashing red and blue or not). When I got connected the first 2 maybe 3 times I had no issues with the app now that I haven't used it in a few days no matter what I do I cannot get it to reconnect to my unit. This app needs some serious work. The unit itself is fine!

I have purchased 2 of these massagers. The first one was wonderful and I wore out the pads. No replacement pads to be found anywhere so I purchased the 2nd unit. Now all of the sudden neither will connect to app. I have uninstalled and reinstalled app multiple times. I have contacted the joke of customer service center they have just to be given the run around. Seems as though consumers have no recourse for a junk product anymore. Too bad they didn't care.
