FitScreen turns your television into an interval timer you can read from the couch —
and operate with nothing but the remote.
Big numbers. Clear colours. A coach who calls out what comes next, so you never have
to look up mid-burpee.
SIX PRESETS, READY TO START
• Tabata — eight rounds of 20/10
• HIIT 30/15 — two exercises, eight rounds
• EMOM 10 — every minute on the minute
• Boxing rounds — 3 × 3 minutes, one minute between
• Stretching — twelve holds of 45 seconds
• 7-Minute Workout — the twelve original exercises, in order
Adjust work, rest and rounds right on the preset with the D-pad and watch the total
time update as you press. Your change is remembered for next time, and a long press
puts the preset back to its original values.
BUILD YOUR OWN ROUTINE ON THE TV
Pick from a library of 60 exercises, set the times, choose rounds and recovery, give
it a name. No keyboard needed, and under 90 seconds from first press to saved
routine.
A COACH, NOT A BEEPER
One voice carries the whole workout: the countdown into every phase, the name of the
exercise coming up, the round you are on, and a word of encouragement when it starts
to hurt. Every phase change also has its own distinct tone, so the workout still
works when you are looking away from the screen — or when telling colours apart is
hard.
BACKGROUND SOUND
A gym-ambience loop or a steady beat, both ducking automatically under the voice.
Three separate sliders for voice, effects and background.
BUILT TO BE TRUSTED
• Every workout runs offline — no connection needed to train
• No ads, no subscriptions, no accounts, no advertising ID
• Your routines never leave the television
• Free
Made for Android TV and Google TV. Everything is reachable with the D-pad; nothing is
hidden behind a gesture you cannot perform with a remote.
