What is VIDE ?
The Virtual Insulin Dose Estimator (VIDE) tells you how much insulin (rapid and short acting) dose you require before each meal.
VIDE will help in self -monitoring of blood glucose and adjust insulin accordingly to avoid emergencies like Hyperosmolar Hyperglycaemic State (HHS) & Hypoglycaemia.
How it works ?
Step-1 – Enter your body weight
Step-2 – Enter your last measured capillary blood glucose (CBG) in mg/dL
Step-3 – Select food items you have planned in your meal from the given list with quantity.
Step-4 – VIDE will tell you the amount of Insulin you will require before this particular meal.
