incredibly overpriced machines that they keep increasing the price on. the workouts have tons of grammical typos (Chinese can't speak English) so be ready for that. there's also tons of exercises that the rep counts are way off from eachother. absolutely garbage company. I would suggest you try a name brand company.

The machine is nice. the app is almost nice. It really needs some updates to be functional. the company is not updating this app anymore and they don't seem to be reachable by any method. so for now I wouldn't recommend it. the included workouts are really nice, but you can't adjust much. It's like they made the device, made the app and then skedaddled.

the unit itself is great, five stars, but they have ~zero feedback, help (they got an AI bot though). device sound has adjustable volume slider on app but its lowest level is still annoying, meaning default set that way for American lawyers? app is only way to adjust volume but you can't lower it enough so app is unnecessary and a burden during actual exercise.
