Support is terrible. Been over a week and still can't find anyone to fix my missing points for my pay tier stuff. They talk safety but then expect you to be on your app while driving 20 miles through narrow roads with no place to pull over. Any support is sub par, taking way too long and only through an in app text message and is usually no help. All this adds up to missed loads and lost money for the drivers. Run the other way. They need some massive improvements here.

App sometimes populates loads that are deadhead 100+miles for a 40 mile run that isn't worth it. You decline that load, which counts against you, and then it resends the same Load. Developers need to fix that issue and the issue of declining a Load you've already declined not be counted against you. Also, lots of PO overdrawn issues that could save drivers time if the system wouldn't populate those loads till after midnight. Being rerouted should also be paid for mileage wasted.

app lies to get drivers to take loads. multiple times now, the app will say estimated wait time is a lot less than it actually is, so drivers will accept the load. prime example got a load estimated wait time to offload said 52 mins, so I went ahead and accepted the load. I've been here going on 3 hrs. I just checked th app, and jt still says the estimated wait time is now 55 minutes. this should be illegal
