im unable to create the profile once I initially installed the app on my phone. It's asking for email, name, password, mc#, and a referral code, which is optional. I fill the required spaces, and it says (failed to create driver please try again).

tons of bugs. very rarely can you get support in a timely manner. you will be scheduled and not get a load til 4 or 5 hours into your shift if at all.

The broker is slow to approve documents and process payments. We have to consistently email the broker Candlestick Freight, aka LoHi Logistics, for our documents to be approved.
