Really enjoyed the game, however, has anyone else noticed that (in the addition/subtraction section) the correct answer is not one of the three choices? This is the only flaw I have come across. Graphics are very basic, but that's appropriate, and the distraction offered by the timer is a welcomed challenge!

The biggest problem with this app is the use of decimals in the timer. When you are focussing on solving math quickly, the last thing you want is a bunch of pointless numbers flashing across your screen. It creates this sense of chaos and pressure that makes you feel uncomfortable. It isn't as though anyone can pay attention to the fractional seconds anyway. Just let it slowly tick down second by second.

Although you can just use the last number of the calculation, I have found that actually working out the full number really does help your ability to do quick math in your head . It has actually helped me feel more confident doing math at my work (civil engineer) rather than pulling out the calculator all the time I take less time and solve it in my head and check it later if I feel the need. In college we are trained to use a calculator for the most part. I got sick of pulling out my calculator for relatively basic computations that I should be able to do on my own. Now I am gaining the confidence needed to work in my head for many things that don't absolutely require one. Thank you!

The decimal place in the timer is really distracting. Also you can cheese the addition by just looking for one thing. For instance a question that asks whats 33+52 well 3+2=5 and only one of the the three answers end in 5. This is true for all the other (from what I experienced) addition questions.

I played just a few minutes and already can't play it any further. Although *I like challenges*, *I don't like how big and in your face the timer is!* It adds so much unnecessary pressure, which just stresses me out and makes it unbearable to play for me. I'd love to be able to set the timer as hidden. Edit: I highlighted the important bits with *stars* after I got a reponse just to make the actual meaning behind my statement more noticeable. Also here is a short version: I like the difficulty but I think the game isn't very user friendly in it's design.

Hi,
you can use the training mode. There is no countdown and you can leave as much time as you want. If you have practiced enough, you can go to the speedy version. Games like this always really disappoint. I just want to practice math using a program like this but they all expect me to level up and game and unlock things. Frankly I just want something to do on my breaks not a huge timewaster. It should just come with the levels unlocked or an ad letting me know the pro version is unlocked. I feel like I am going to have to learn how to program just to have the kind of aps I really want. The kind that put the power in my hands and doesn't dick with me before tricking me out of money.

The only bad thing is that I can always get the answer by looking at the last digit of choices I have. It makes the game way less challenging.

Good app, thank you. Just 1 thing to improve: please make the square root sign's shelf longer, for it confuses to see V2x meaning either sqrt(2*x) or sqrt(2)*x

That's an amazing app! Is it possible to get even harder problems? I would like to solve integrals and derivatives, increase the number of digits, enter numbers instead of selecting choices

Nice app to keep in exercise. Some suggestions/requests to the developers: 1) Give the user the chance to change the time limit and/or the number of possible answers; this might help beginners. 2) It would be nice to see the total time taken to complete each round (and perhaps the average time taken in all rounds of the same kind/level?). 3) As a teacher, I might be interested to use the app with my classes, especially if I can get a longer time limit; but my younger pupils do not know (yet) how to use negative numbers.. is there any way to disable them?

5daysweekend October 23, 2017

Thank you for your feedback. You have interesting suggestions. I'll check which of them I can implement. Until now there is unfortunately no way to disable negative numbers. I didn't start with a high expectation for the app but became more impressed the farther I got with it. Good way to practice math fundamentals!

***edit: since I reported this issue below they have solved it and now I have no problems. This program is wonderful.*** One thing is there should be a way to get back the pauses, or at least proper warning about what they are I cost myself one just by curiosity at the beginning.

5daysweekend October 14, 2017

If the pauses are used up, you can recharge them. On the side after the game round are four buttons. The second button from the left. It flashes when all pauses are used up An excellent refresher course for the post or pre-college grad. I didn't realize my speed math skills were so lacking until I got this app.

Very nice game heating up brain, to the guys thay talking about last number od answer. Yes its workin but you need know basics of math to do this so app works as it should :)

I love it, just because it tells me that I am a Math MASTER I mean how cool is that? I know! Its fantastic. But I don't see much of a challenge in this app, you can stop the timer whenever you would like and yeah its kinda easy to become a master. But the app itself is pretty fun

The timer is incredibly distracting. I agree with the other reviewer it would be better as a bar of time left. Just no rapidly changing numbers

This is so much fun to play!!! UI is a bit confusing though.

"I hate maths...".... my favourite quote minutes before I discovered MMM..

Such timely bug fixes... these devs really know what they're doing. Amazing app, and I love the new training mode!

5daysweekend October 10, 2017

Thanks for the hint. I'll fix the bug. The update is scheduled for next week. I am sorry for that mistake. Until then you can play a round in normal mode (without training). Than you can collecting medals again. It's a good app. I personally find the timer very distracting.

Good. It's a brain stimulator and helps me focus. Thank you and do develop apps like this more often.

Awesome app. I love math, and due to not reading I didn't expect to get timed. But it's a nice incentive. Good work.

The best app i love it because show your mental skill in math ; the best way to solve the question is use last digit 😁😉

Too fast is more for people who enjoy math to death Would be nice something more easier and perhaps slower to get used to it and leave the speedy version for the die hard math lovers

5daysweekend October 24, 2017

Hi Emmanuel ,
you can use the training mode. There is no countdown and you can leave as much time as you want. If you have practiced enough, you can go to the speedy version. Very helpful to train your mind for fast mental calculations. Helps for tests like GRE and GMAT.

Loved it, great game. Only thing is the provided answers make it easy to guess

Calm and cozy design. Challenging equations (in last levels). Keep up the good work.

I would like to see non external links for tips. Also, I would like to see the correct answer highlighted when incorrect.

Needs improvement. Most answers have different ending digits, so the multiple choice can be solved by only calculating the last digit.

The clock helps for real world scenarios when a colleague or client is looking over your shoulder

Perfectly entertaining and utterly effective in training your mathematical mind-side. Do I find it delightfully addictive indeed!

The timer shouldn't use numbers as it is too distracting. A progress bar or smth would be better. Otherwise it is a fun exercise tool.

Some of the math ware literally pure garbage like it even said 54-78 wasnt -24... Like why... This game is not exactly for me ESPECIALLY THE MATH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

5daysweekend October 23, 2017

Amazing review. Many Thanks Everything is good, except the fact that 0^0 is undefined (and not equal to 1 as the app assumes...)

Took me a couple weeks to reach master. Challenging. Fun. Learned a few new tricks. Enjoyed it a lot.

There should either be a number pad or more options for answering, because with the addition, I just end up calculating only the last digit and still get the answer right.

Number selection is randomized, not ascending which makes the controls infuriating, the rest is great
