The camera never loads. If it does, it only shows for about 2 seconds before going out again. It's not an internet issue because we tested our internet, and it's speed was great. Please fix ASAP so I won't have to return the camera and use a different brand! Temperature is also way off. Please fix. Edit: App still sucks. it never loads or catches any events throughout the night. It's not even capturing sound it'll just say sound detected but you can't listen.

I don't recommend it. It worked okay when we first got it, but lately, I can't see anything on the app. I've reached out multiple times and can not get a response. You have to pay extra to get any photos saved and decline strangers access to the camera. The monitor randomly disconnects and makes this loud, awful noise. It has woken me up multiple times in the last month. I have to completely restart the monitor and sometimes reset the cameras, which is impossible in the middle of the night.

The camera in the app is very convenient, and the features are nice. The ability to track feedings, changes, and growth is really handy. I'm giving one star because the app freezes nearly every time I open it, and I cannot reliability enter data. I've had to uninstall and reinstall it multiple times, and it only works a couple of times before freezing. The same problem happens on my wife's phone, so I know it's not a problem with my device.
