The camera never loads. If it does, it only shows for about 2 seconds before going out again. It's not an internet issue because we tested our internet, and it's speed was great. Please fix ASAP so I won't have to return the camera and use a different brand! Temperature is also way off. Please fix. Edit: App still sucks. it never loads or catches any events throughout the night. It's not even capturing sound it'll just say sound detected but you can't listen.

I don't recommend it. It worked okay when we first got it, but lately, I can't see anything on the app. I've reached out multiple times and can not get a response. You have to pay extra to get any photos saved and decline strangers access to the camera. The monitor randomly disconnects and makes this loud, awful noise. It has woken me up multiple times in the last month. I have to completely restart the monitor and sometimes reset the cameras, which is impossible in the middle of the night.

The app is pretty garbage, the camera freezes all the time. I dont know why we have to send data to their server and they send it back to broadcast the video to our phones. It would be so much easier to have everything connected to the home wifi. But maybe they need to sell our data to make some extra money. But anyways its a great way to earn a 1 star review
