**use for security NOT "baby monitor". PROS- use of standard system is better than most wireless security cameras, but this app opens up a lot of features and options otherwise not available. CONS- app is the same as anything else in the app store, "pay to play". you can record and save video/pics if YOU manually rec. motion activated videos? sorry, must pay for a service to get that. -whatever happened to purchasing something and it's YOURS? everyone wants something for nothing these days

This used to be a great set up, until it was set up to be a subscription. Since then, apart from not having access to any recently captured recordings, the app hardly loads enough to open. Sometimes, you might get some sound while it's loading, but not very often. I've sat for at least 5 minutes waiting to see if it would load. If you get a moment with video and try to use the mic it comes out choppy and ends up scaring the little.I used to recommend it to everyone, but now I don't even want it.

This app and product decides when it wants to work and when it doesn't. It stops working or doesn't load more than it works. To top it off, they now actually want you to pay to view the videos that it might sometimes take. No thanks. At some point I will just get an indoor Ring. Also, it's a huge PIA to even setup and the unit is not intuitive whatsoever. I basically hate this thing
