I'm currently working with Five Lakes to resolve some debt I have, and it's been great so far! The process was clearly explained, and there is a lot of support along the way if needed. I love the app. You can see everything you have going on as far as which creditors they are currently working on settlement with. You can see the payment plans etc. Overall I'm super excited to becoming debt free and glad I chose this company my experience has been amazing thus far!

The app is so easy to navigate and I appreciate being able to track where each of my accounts are in the process. I started this program in late September 2023 and just received my first settlement offer. I was told it would take 3-6 months to recieve my first offer and they delivered within 4 months. My credit score has, unfortunately but expectedly, taken a massive hit. I am aware that this will improve with time, so I only slighlty panicked lol. Impressed with 5 Lakes and the app so far!

App is fine but they work with Accredited Debt Relief which is a scam. They sucker you into their program without ever giving you time or opportunity to consider the options that are best for you personally then when you try to leave they guilt you about your debts. They just want to profit of desperation.
