I'm currently working with Five Lakes to resolve some debt I have, and it's been great so far! The process was clearly explained, and there is a lot of support along the way if needed. I love the app. You can see everything you have going on as far as which creditors they are currently working on settlement with. You can see the payment plans etc. Overall I'm super excited to becoming debt free and glad I chose this company my experience has been amazing thus far!

The app is so easy to navigate and I appreciate being able to track where each of my accounts are in the process. I started this program in late September 2023 and just received my first settlement offer. I was told it would take 3-6 months to recieve my first offer and they delivered within 4 months. My credit score has, unfortunately but expectedly, taken a massive hit. I am aware that this will improve with time, so I only slighlty panicked lol. Impressed with 5 Lakes and the app so far!

I'm a little over a year into my plan and very pleased to see the progress I'm making. The customer service team is attentive, they are prompt to respond to my inquires, and they provide details. The account dashboard is easy to navigate, which I also appreciate
