Accessibility Service Disclosure

FivePrayer uses Android's Accessibility Service for one purpose only: to lock the apps you choose during prayer time, so you can stay focused on your prayer.

The service detects when another app is opened so it can redirect you back to FivePrayer while a prayer lock is active. It does not read, collect, transmit, or store any screen content, text, or personal data. All processing happens on-device.

You can revoke the Accessibility permission at any time from your device's Settings → Accessibility → FivePrayer. If you prefer not to grant it, FivePrayer offers a fallback using the "Display over other apps" permission.

Ratings and reviews

Design is the best! I'm giving it 3 stars because there's a few really annoying things that should be easy to fix and I hope you do in the next release: 1) Visualized missed prayers differently than prayers where I haven't input whether I did them or missed them yet. 2) Don't force users to accept permissions they don't want especially on Android. I just want the reminder notification and the tracking. I don't want the full screen block. 3) remove the banner asking for requires permissions

it's a great app I am still unable to believe that I continued praying without missing but there's one point about the streak. I have completed 3 days, which means 15 Salah, but it stuck at 5 😭. I would be so happy if you fix this point. and one thing: I recommend adding friends using the app and also a feed so that everyone can see the achievements which make the user more motivated. and thank you!

It's a pleasure to find an app like this, it helps me to feel proud after months of suffering from praying problems, it makes it super fun especially the streaks idea, , ik there's many mistakes in this app, like the prayer time, it's just one extra hour to the real time for me, and it's kinda weird bcz when it's time for prayer, I didn't see the block feature, it's not a"block" after all, it seems like a little reminder, it's okay but it will be useful if it really blocks app till u really pray
