If it ain't broke, don't fix it. The old version of the app was probably the only thing keeping me at this bank. It was perfect. The new app makes literally everything more cumbersome and time consuming, from logging in to making transfers. What used to take seconds to accomplish now takes a few choice words and wanting to throw my phone at a brick wall. When you need to use the app multiple times a day, time and ease of use really matter. Now stark white with no option for dark mode. It sucks!

The app is a great tool. But as of late, I have not been able to deposit any check using the mobile deposit feature. The app states that the amount I typed in does not match the amount written on the check. I double check the amounts (numeric and written out) and they both match what I gave entered. Being that I live in an area where the closest branch is over 20 minutes, it creates a large inconvenience. I don't want to switch to a more local credit union, but I don't want to drive so far.

I dislike the app is very uncomplicated if you have multiple accounts you will have to set up individual logins when at one point all my accounts what's setup with one password to be honest this is why there is a lot of scam going on elderly people where used to the old app I think this isn't fair to them and anyone else that banks with five star if they don't know how to use a banking app I really wish they would go back to the old app.
