The app is a great tool. But as of late, I have not been able to deposit any check using the mobile deposit feature. The app states that the amount I typed in does not match the amount written on the check. I double check the amounts (numeric and written out) and they both match what I gave entered. Being that I live in an area where the closest branch is over 20 minutes, it creates a large inconvenience. I don't want to switch to a more local credit union, but I don't want to drive so far.

Best bank ever!!! It doesn't matter if I go into the branch or do the drive thru, Customer Service is fast and professional. Even when I make a little mishap, they help me fix them. Security is great, they watch my money for me.

newest update is confusing...the blue arrow in the transfer department from savings to checking needs to be changed back the way it was. i thought there was something wrong with my account or the app itself. its confusing to elder's.
