I've done everything I possibly can to update my new phone number. 2 weeks later and still no response. I've emailed, requested on webpage and nothing. guess I lose all my points. I'll need to open a mock email and restart. I probably just won't participate and delete the App part 2 update. went to our local Spangles. They verified our new phone number is active. Can't sign into the app. Says email is already associated. I know! it's mine! I'm done, screw the rewards! My new reward? being done!

The reward system worked great for years and in the past few months anything you purchase using five-star will simply not give you points. The makers of the program do not care and the stores say they do not know how to add the points manually. My advice if considering using this app for the points is to skip it as you'll just be wasting your time. Zero support offered after contacting over multiple purchases. A lot of independent vape stores have their own programs for loyalty which work.

The app is very convenient to use (enter phone number at device at merchant terminals and get points). However cant say the same about the content of the app itself. Since the last month they have started offering promotions without explaining the qualification criteria. For example, today morning I got a notification that tells me I have a "Perk Up Your Morning" and a "Healthy Lunch Day" promotion that expires today. The app does not tell me what I need to do, and when, to qualify. Furthermore, there is no way to see your points balance history or even a notification of how many points you earned after making a transaction (have been getting a blank notification that just opens the app when clicked).
