I love this store, I really do but for the love of everything can you fix this app please? It doesn't matter if I use it connected to my high speed home Internet, phone data, 2 different android phones, iPad, laptop.... This is the slowest moving app I've ever had to deal with. I never understood why places push us to use their app so much but the dang thing don't work most of the time. It makes me want to pull my hair out if I haven't fallen asleep using it. Why is it incredibly slow?

Just like many others, I love the store but absolutely despise the app!!! It's the worst app ever!!! Extremely slow, always freezing up to where it shuts down and I have to start the process all over again, among other problems. It's much quicker and simpler to get in my vehicle, drive to the actual store and handle my business there. There are several descriptives I could use, but the appropriate ones would be "ridiculous and absurd".

Update: I wish I could give them zero stars. If it's not one problem, it's another. After my last review, the most common problem was simply not loading. Whenever I was typing a product I wanted, it would freeze, so I couldn't even look for anything. This morning it loaded my item right away, YAY! I added it to my cart, but now my cart is empty! Can't buy anything,ugh. BOOO!! Original: Used to be good. But it has been very glitchy. Everything works with a delay of any 5 seconds. VERY ANNOYING!!!
