Volume Power Button includes an optional Power feature that uses Android Accessibility Service. When enabled by the user, the Accessibility Service is used only to display the Android power menu without pressing the physical power button.
The Accessibility Service is not used to collect, store, monitor, transmit, or share personal or sensitive user data. The permission is completely optional and is only required for users who choose to use the Power feature.
