Quicktint is a fast, offline reflex game built on the classic Stroop effect — the mind-bending moment when a colour word and the colour it's printed in disagree. A word flashes up in the middle of the screen, printed in an ink colour that usually doesn't match what it says. Your job: tap the right swatch before the ring runs out, without letting your brain trick you.

NO ADS. NO ACCOUNTS. NO INTERNET. NO SOUND. Just a clean charcoal screen, a shrinking ring, and a gentle buzz on every tap.

TWO WAYS TO CHASE THE COLOUR
- Ink Match — ignore what the word says, tap the swatch matching the colour it's actually PRINTED in. This is the true Stroop trap.
- Word Match — flip it around. Ignore the ink, tap the swatch matching what the word SAYS. A different kind of mental tug-of-war.

TWO WAYS TO PLAY
- Classic — one miss or one timeout and the run is over. Pure high-score pressure.
- Relaxed — three lives before the run ends, so you can shake off a slip and keep chasing your streak.

A ROUND THAT NEVER SITS STILL
Every correct tap serves the next word instantly. The time-remaining ring on screen shrinks a little faster and the swatch row grows from four colours up to six the deeper you go, so early taps are forgiving and late taps demand real focus. Chain hits together to raise your combo multiplier up to x5, and tap fast for a speed bonus on top of your base points — the quicker your reaction, the more it's worth.

Quicktint quietly times every correct tap from the instant the word appears to the moment you hit the right swatch, in milliseconds. The Stats tab shows your best score, your best combo streak, your rounds played, and your lifetime average reaction time — so you can watch your reflexes sharpen run after run.

A charcoal colour-lab backdrop keeps every screen clean so the six swatch colours — red, blue, green, yellow, purple, orange — always pop. No sound at all: every hit, miss and round-end is felt through a short, distinct vibration instead.
