About this app

Configure your preferred DNS modes to toggle in app and toggle your Private DNS mode from your quick settings panel.

In order to change the Private DNS setting, this app requires the 'WRITE_SECURE_SETTINGS' permission.

This permission can only be granted either by Shizuku or in an ADB shell.

- Shizuku (https://shizuku.rikka.app/download/)
Start Shizuku (https://shizuku.rikka.app/guide/setup/#start-shizuku), then open this app, and the permission should be granted automatically.

- ADB
Use the command:
adb shell pm grant com.flashsphere.privatednsqs android.permission.WRITE_SECURE_SETTINGS

Exactly what I wanted - some WiFi networks don't work with private DNS/adguard DNS and it's a chore to go to settings to turn it off/on. This app makes the entire process seamless! You do have to give it a "write secure settings" permission via adb - I just did it using a tablet with an adb app installed on it. Works flawlessly.

this is very easy, before this I had to open the settings just to turn on and off dns, I have a request can u guys make save dns option , that so I can save multiple dns, and I be able to easier to change dns on quick tile/click again to select other one, if it possible

Perfect little tool for quickly switching/toggling between DNS providers. Requires a little bit of consoling in Windows but it's worth it.
