I'm on 3 other delivery apps and this one is the worst. it needs a lot of work. there have been times I can't get a reply from support when I need it, which is awful! the alerts are super annoying. offers disappear immediately. it shows item number, which is worthless. we need the food order total, money-wise, like $400 worth of food. doesn't show distance from restaurant to customer. sometimes it's hard to tell what day the offer is for before you accept. the whole layout is just bad.

The notification is 8 seconds long. And then if you accept or reject it's another 8 seconds long for a total of almost 20 seconds. it should just be one little beat. whether you go in and say you want detailed or a pop-up it is still an 8 second long notification that's just two invasive and annoying. I have to keep the sound off most of the time and I lose orders. please revisit your notification sound and allow just one second notification.

New job offers don't show me the pay! I have to accept it to get details & then reject it--waste of time. And I can't clear unwanted job offers without accepting first. And worst of all, don't get notified of new offers if app isn't open!! I'm not keeping app open all the time to drain my battery and track my location! Notifications should make a louder or configurateable sound.
