I'm on 3 other delivery apps and this one is the worst. it needs a lot of work. there have been times I can't get a reply from support when I need it, which is awful! the alerts are super annoying. offers disappear immediately. it shows item number, which is worthless. we need the food order total, money-wise, like $400 worth of food. doesn't show distance from restaurant to customer. sometimes it's hard to tell what day the offer is for before you accept. the whole layout is just bad.

this is a horrible application. when an order comes through from the company it gives you the signal but there is no place in the order section to see what offers are being given its blank screen it happens all the time it happens to all the drivers this is a horrible horrible situation. it also jams up all the times they have to constantly reinstall it over and over again.

I've never been able to get a gig on this app. As soon as it comes up, it goes away. I literally sit here with the app open, and before it can even show me an offer, it's no longer available. They come in back-to-back and always do the exact same thing. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, and still nothing. So, I'm assuming the app just doesn't work properly, and I've read other reviews where they have the same issue. Maybe someone needs to look into this, and I can't figure out how to reach suppo
