Vehicle Tracking

Fit your own GPS tracker and see where every vehicle is while it is out on rental, instead of phoning the renter to ask. Tracking is on paid plans.

• Boundary alerts when a vehicle leaves the area, state or country it should stay in.
• Speed alerts, and a warning when a vehicle moves while nobody has it booked.
• Distance read from the tracker, so mileage charges and service reminders stay accurate between hand-overs.
• Bring your own hardware. Fleetros works with Teltonika, Queclink, Concox, Jimi, SinoTrack and OsmAnd-compatible trackers, and we do not sell devices — buy whichever tracker suits you.
• Renter privacy handled: record tracking consent on the rental contract, and erase a booking's location history when you no longer need it.

Pricing

Fleetros is free to start and stays free. No trial clock, no credit card. The free plan covers one owner login and up to six concurrent active bookings, with unlimited vehicle records, unlimited booking records, unlimited customers, unlimited discount codes and unlimited agents. Maintenance logging and service reminders are included on every plan, including the free one.

Paid plans start at RM 29 a month and add unlimited concurrent active bookings, GPS vehicle tracking, staff accounts with role permissions, your own published booking website, an online booking form, a customer portal, card payments through Stripe and QuickBooks invoice sync.
