Flekso Stretch Timer

About this app

Flekso Stretch Timer is a guided flexibility app that walks you through stretching routines one pose at a time. Each exercise is displayed on its own card with a countdown timer, so you always know exactly how long to hold a position before the app moves you forward automatically.

There is no account to create and no subscription to manage. Everything runs locally on your device, so the app works fully offline from the first open.

The daily routine covers a structured sequence of stretches targeting major muscle groups. Visual cues on each card show the pose name, a brief description of correct form, and the remaining time. When a pose finishes, the app transitions to the next one smoothly so you can stay focused on your body rather than on your phone.

A custom session builder lets you adjust hold durations and choose which stretches to include, making it easy to fit a session into however much time you have. Progress through the routine is tracked locally so you can see how consistent your practice has been over time.

The app includes a clean onboarding flow that explains the core features on first launch, then stays out of your way. Settings are minimal by design.

Flekso is for people who want a no-friction way to add stretching to their day without dealing with ads, signups, or paywalls.
