My Flex Account Mobile is developed by Flexible Benefit Service LLC (Flex). The app provides 24/7 access for participants to manage their FSA, HRA, HSA, Transit and Parking Accounts.

My Flex Account Mobile provides the following functionality:

• Account balances and details
• Recent transactions and details
• View all email alerts
• Contact administrator from mobile application via email or mobile phone
• Same username/password as Flex web portal (no need to register your mobile device; just download, login, and go!)
• Stronger authentication support (Picture/Passphrase, device identification and challenge questions)
• View Demographic Details
• View Dependents
• View Card Details
• View Card PIN
• Register new users directly from mobile device

Ratings and reviews

The app is good but has bugs. It keeps telling me I have messages but I don't. I can't get rid of the notification. It's very easy to use and this part is great. However if you need to submit extra documents it jams and won't let you upload them properly. UPDATE: this app doesn't work anymore after the last update. You can't submit a claim thru the app anymore. I reported it and was told I'll tell IT but I don't expect them to do anything about it. Submit theu the website or email.

As others have noted, the company frequently dismisses reimbursement transactions as ineligible because the receipt was not up whatever requirements they have, even if it was a completely legitimate transaction. Eventually, after most of my transactions were rejected over the course of a year, I was forced to buy items at their store. I will not be using them again for FSA services.

Useless company and app. Not worth the tax savings to deal with the red tape involved in trying to get simple medical expenses such as prescription meds covered. Charges that were initially covered can be flagged as unapproved for BS reasons many months later. The unapproved charges do not show as negative, so it is impossible to know the amount of offsetting receipts to submit in order to cover unapproved charges. Another worthless US healthcare middleman making money and providing no value.
