Squats Alarm turns your alarm into the first movement of your day.

Create an alarm, choose squats or push-ups, and select how many repetitions you want to complete. When the alarm activates, open the challenge, position your phone so the camera can see your body, and start moving.

PRIVACY

The camera is used only to detect movement and count repetitions. Camera images, video, and pose information are processed on your device. Flexpertador does not record or upload camera video.

Your alarms, preferences, and exercise history are stored locally on your device.

The exact price, billing period, and any available free trial are displayed before you confirm the purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your Apple account. Eligible previous purchases can be restored from the app.
