Flex Stretch Cards is a guided stretching app built around a simple idea: each exercise gets its own card, a clear visual description, and a countdown timer so you stay on pace without checking your watch.
The home screen shows your routine as a grid of large cards. Tap any card to jump straight into that stretch, or start from the top and let the app advance through each pose automatically when the timer runs out.
There are no accounts to create and no data leaves your device. Everything — your preferences, your progress, your settings — stays local.
A few things worth mentioning: you can choose from four color themes, two light and two dark. Font size adjusts independently. The card layout switches between a compact row list, a standard card view, and a tighter grid depending on how you prefer to browse. Haptic feedback can be turned off if you find it distracting.
The timer is the core of the experience. Each stretch card shows the pose name, a written cue for proper form, and a circular countdown. When the hold is complete, the app moves to the next card with a brief vibration pulse so you know to shift positions without breaking focus.
