Flipkart was so good before, the products I used to receive were exactly like the ones shown in the app but recently all the products i have received were either damaged, had a hole in it or they were not like the ones shown in the app. I even received items that were totally different. The colours,the designs everything. In the past few months nothing i have received was perfect. I hope you'll improve this. I'm highly disappointed.

The app is full of bugs. I had ordered for an item which didn't get ordered as a pop up screen said "try again later'. Which I did, & the order was made for the 2nd time. Today I ended up receiving 2 of the same product, which I had to pay for both. When I tried to refund the product via the refund option, it showed "something went wrong, try again later'. The same thing shows up again & again. So i ended up calling the customer care, which is either not available or not properly audible.

Very poor service. There is no guarantee that you will receive an item in good condition. Because their products can be broken and damaged. Some products I found were half-empty inside the containers. And some are stained and dirty. Also, Their customer care executives are not so polite. Some items are showing very inappropriately while browsing. Seems like those products are not genuine. So the browsing experience is very bad. The app takes too long to open a page each time. Disgusting!
