Worst service and support. I had to receive a package July 8th. Called multiple times and none of the representative was able to give a proper update on when I will receive it. Finally it wasnt delivered and now they have updated to July 11th. What a worst customer support.No option to escalate or prioritize. What is the point of assuring a delivery date when you cannot even meet it. And please improve your support service. They need to have good data and connectivity to resolve an issue.

In the latest update the sorting filters and regular filters are not working as expected. It is very hard with the searching and surfing experience when we use filter. Enter the product and when we try to come out of the product it is taking to initial stage of the page where we neee to scroll down again to where we are left. Expected: we need to go back where we are left. Issue 2: Filters delivery location is not getting updated. it is keep on loading till we kill the app and not at all updatin

I have the worst experience with the Flipkart app.Have ordered a Air Fryer of brand pegion which is not even switched on when we plug it, I have tried for the return they are telling us to visit the near store. if that is the case why we need to purchase online???? will delete this app and highly waste of money to keep this instead of this i recommend Amazon, for everything they will have another option with the great service.
