You are a solar-powered craft. The sun is your death timer. Hurtle towards the sunset at breakneck speed in a futile race against time. Delay the inevitable by catching speed boosts which reverse the setting sun - if only for a moment. Race The Sun: Daily Challenge Edition is inspired by arcade games of the past with a focus on high scores, short game sessions, and pure fun mingled with nerve-wracking tension. The rules are simple: don't crash, stay in the light, and don't slow down!

This new edition of the game includes several new features including new alternate ships, colorful new trails, and a new "daily challenge" system that will test the skills of even the most experienced players.

Love this game so much but there is a weird glitch/glair in the map that makes it look like it's open or a door way (a clear path) and it's not i hit a wall and have to start over it's persistent in the 2nd region if you vere right pretty hard and I've seen it a little bit in the 3rd reigon as well I think. I haven't made it further then that. it feels like I'm being tricked and I don't find out out until it's too late lol. Please fix in next update But overall good job developers keep it up:).

Decent graphics, very Tron esque. The music is soothing and on par for a relaxing game. it's very repetitive as each game starts in the same spot each time. Changing your first few lanes at the start is key to changing it up. Each level gets more challenging as you go. It's a very fast paced flyer. My old eyes aren't up to the challenge any more😂 As with all free games it's AD reliant. Sadly that means a 20s AD after each level win or loose.

To preface: I've been playing RtS since it first came out, so my standards are high. This is a solid mobile version of an amazing game and worth the $5 purchase. Only the default mode is in the game, but there are exclusive ships not found in the PC/console versions, which is nice. My only knock is that on the touch controls, pressing jump will nudge your ship slightly right or left if you don't push it dead center, which can cause crashes. If this is ever fixed, consider my review five stars.
