The Float Nurse app is designed for registered nurses (RNs) and licensed practical nurses (LPNs) who are experienced in providing home infusion therapy.

Note: To use the app, you must be onboarded with Float Health. Profile information and location preferences can be managed on Floathealth.com. Charting is completed at Floathealth.com, accessible through the app.
