I am extremely disappointed with your service. I was already annoyed with the previous two orders, but I placed this order hoping it would be perfect yet it turned out worse. The order had 8 items, and one is missing. Despite notifying multiple times about the delivery time, it was not delivered on time. The flowers weren’t as expected, and the heart-shaped balloon was deflated. I hope the missing item will be delivered properly soon, and I expect better service going forward.

worst app ever - I have order from this app for valentine's day and they assured to deliver it by 3 pm Feb 14 and then suddenly on 14 I got a mail saying whatever product I ordered is out of stock and they gonna send something else..even though it's not convenient I said yes and then they didn't even delivered at all and I tried to contact for more than 30 times no response from them...even whatsapp app chat is such an useless option all i got is some automated message

The chat service is the worst I've ever seen. No response. No follow-up and no call back. Partial orders delivered and they don't take any responsibility or ownership. no one who actually reads or replies to greiviances. They say delivery complete and expect the customer to chase the couriers they tie up with. They don't update records and cut off chats. Nothing has changed in customer service. Worst of the lot
