Great at first, but downhill from there. 1st order was great. Flowers arrived in a box. 2nd and 3rd order did not arrive in a box and both flowers weren't fresh. The last one I ordered was pretty bad and disgusting. I tried contacting customer service, but I have yet to get a response. As for the app, it's good, does have issues during checkout. Wish there was a way to filter sellers because if you want flowers and certain chocolates, they can't be delivered together if from different sellers.

Do not install. Scam. I paid 3days ahead for a flower delivery on Christmas day. The item never arrived. I wasnt even notified through text or call that they couldnt deliver the item. Email or chat no one answers. Their in-app customer support is Ai and it's a waste of time trying to get an actual person to talk to you.

Trying to login but not receiving the OTP. Noticed that the icon they used for the OTP is WeChat, so I thought they sent it there, so I downloaded it, but I still don't receive it.
