Great at first, but downhill from there. 1st order was great. Flowers arrived in a box. 2nd and 3rd order did not arrive in a box and both flowers weren't fresh. The last one I ordered was pretty bad and disgusting. I tried contacting customer service, but I have yet to get a response. As for the app, it's good, does have issues during checkout. Wish there was a way to filter sellers because if you want flowers and certain chocolates, they can't be delivered together if from different sellers.

I placed an order on April 12, 2026, but the receiver never got the parcel, even though the app shows it as “delivered.” I contacted customer service and requested proof of delivery and rider details, but none were provided. While support replied, there was no clear resolution. It’s frustrating that the order is marked complete without actual receipt. I hope this is resolved soon and that better delivery verification and transparency are implemented.

I had a disappointing experience with this app. The order tracking does not work properly because the app marks the order as “complete” immediately after payment even though it has not been delivered. This makes the tracking feature useless. Also expect possible delays on the delivery day. My order was significantly delayed, and many customers report similar experiences online, although such comments often seem to be removed or hidden from their social media pages.
