I booked last Thursday for a flight that was on Sunday, only to my surprised the flight was already fully booked when i called asking for my ticket, I'm waiting for my refund. My problem is why the App allowed me to book while the flight was fully booked? That was poor, I'm giving 2 stars because I once booked and everything was ok then.

No longer able to add flights to the app booked via travel agents or other websites. very frustrating to manage business flights, which are booked by the company. It always used to be possible to add these to the My trips section and check into these flights. now, I need to check in via the website, which is a hassle..

Waste of time, bandwidth & memory - unlike other airline apps, cannot load a flight booked through a travel agent (ie any corporate travel), therefore pointless. Rather use web interface via browser.
