The staff in Dover is excellent! The bank itself and the updating system are lousy! Several times, direct deposit doesn't get credited on time, but they blame the employer. I know it is the bank because sometimes the deposit hits the bank the night before. Once when the direct deposit did not hit, they checked into it, and it showed up at 5pm suddenly! I have also noticed this happening when their system does not update between 1am and 3am. The employer said they made the deposit.

Logs you out half the time and LITTERALLY never alerts you for the things you ask it to! overdrawn account...nope low balance...nope.

First day and all ready uninstalled. You have to tap the phone to enter your birthday for me 660 times had to do it twice not doing it a third time. Poor product for as long as we had to wait.
