Absolute garbage of an app. The registry process is impossible, not because it is difficult, but because it just won't let you. I have a broken leg, and I installed the app to get a therapy order approved, but because the app didn't work, here I am now driving to the headquarters . Oh, and my wife tried to register as well. It didn't work either. It's almost as if they don't want it to work... I wonder why...

It keeps telling me that my SSN is wrong, how the heck is wrong it's my number and I know it. I'm not happy with this app.
