It would be nice to have the feature phone screen is the spectrum keyboard and Google TV is the TV (using Chromecast...)

Updated review, I've updated it to the latest version and while some games load instantly, some still load the normal way and take ages to load. I can't see any way to speed these up, which is what I put in my original review. I've upped the rating from 1 star as it is being updated and making good progress but still work to be done. I know I'm reviewing the free version and as I put in my review that there is a better free Spectrum emulator available! Updated review. Not bad but better free Spectrum Emulator available. Not mentioning it as it's not fair on the creator. The games take ages to load, there's a turbo button but I couldn't see it on the screen to use to see if it loaded games any quicker. The joystick and buttons still appear when you select the keyboard option and the text on the wide buttons on the bottom are really hard to see.

So, "better free emulator available" somehow makes you give this free emulator a negative review? Mghm... ok...

Totally confusing. Unable to see any games that I download. Tried the paid for version with no luck either. Created a new folder as suggested using the paid for app, but still nothing visible. Got a refund on the paid for app and now can't leave a review for it, so using this version of the app to leave a review.

Well, Google now requires you to grant the app access to an internal storage folder where your files are. You do it by clicking on "Internal Storage" in the app and granting access. This is not something I have chosen to do to users. This is what Google has chosen to do to you.

What’s new

* Fixed crash when initializing audio.
* Enabled 16kB memory page support.
* Switched to NDK 28.
