Service was not received and No refund received. I contacted customer service multiple times but gave me the same excuses that I didn't cancel the subscriptions this is why they can't refund. Please be aware this VPN app isn't working in China. I ended up paying $20 for two month subscriptions for noting. Hope my rate helps others not to buy this subscriptions.

Didn't work for me. Even when I tap on the free servers, it tells me I have to upgrade to use the VIP service. Also I don't mind having ads, I mind having intrusive ads. The ads appear randomly, could appear when you tab anything, AND THEY HAVE LOUD AUDIO THAT AUTO PLAYS. Auto play audible ads are the worst and very intrusive!

Tried so many other free VPNs to go into China. None have worked consistently. Speed isn't the best (can't use this to game), but this is the only one that never lets me down, when it says it's working, it's working, so I could at least browse websites without issues.
