## The System in Two Sentences

Focus 360 Manager is the dashboard a gym uses to manage its facility:
members, staff, exercises, routines, training programs, diets,
activities, schedules, questionnaires, measurements, and documents.

**The app is the other half**: What the gym prepares on the dashboard, the member can view and follow from their mobile device.

A single app serves **all gyms** on the platform. Upon logging in, the
session already knows which gym the member belongs to and only displays that gym's content.

## Who Can Access

Only members registered by their gym.

**There is no registration within the app**:

The gym handles the registration, and the member receives their username. That's why the login screen says *"Access panel exclusive to gym members. Registration is done through our offices"*.

If you forget your password, the app sends a six-digit code to your email and lets you set a new one without going to the gym.
