You're trying to concentrate, but your mind is wandering or you're easily distracted. This exercise is about Focusing attention on the present moment, and practicing mindfulness has been shown to rewire the brain so that attention is stronger in everyday life.
How it works

- Find a quiet place, sit and relax.
- Select the duration of your Session (for the Beginners we recommend to start with the 1 minute Duration and increase the Duration once you are comfortable).
- Select the Difficulty Level of your Session (if this is your first time then we recommend to start with the Beginner Level)
- Start the Session
- You will hear Droplet sound at different intervals throughout the Session.
- Keep counting the Droplets.
- At the end of the Session the App will show you the options to select.
- Select the number of Droplets you counted and the App will tell you if you counted the correct number of Droplets.
- Regular practice will increase your Focus and Mindfulness.
