I can't login because it says I need an internet connection to continue. I am online and I've tried uninstalling/rebooting the phone/ reinstalling but the error doesn't go away. I've even tried when I'm on wifi and then using just my data. Nothing works.
I like the website and have been a paid subscriber for a while. There have been occasional technical difficulties, but the staff are very responsive and helpful when problems are reported to them. (The contact form on the website seems to be the best bet for that.) The recent improvements to the app and site have been very interesting and I look forward to seeing how it will grow further.
Been using runcoach now for a few years. Finally upgraded my phone to take full advantage of this great app. Keep up the great work guys!
I really enjoy the program, however the phone app I don't. After a few times it won't load. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling as advised to other users, again, just worked a few times. Are we suppose to reinstall every few days? I just finished my free trial and think of continuing, but please work on the app, then I'll rate Five Stars!
I really liked it at the start, now the app won't even open, loading symbol keeps on spinning
Really disappointed, plan to email hr and request money back for program. I can't enter in the final dtep.for my training on EITHER the apps or online. Neverending circle of death and this is so saddening because I was really looking forward to using this to help me train for my first 50K.
