Very disappointing experience. I redeemed an item using my other account and selected a delivery date, but it has been over a week with no update from the merchant or customer care. I am completely unaware of what to do next and unable to track my products. No response from customer care while calling them. After around two weeks, I got my products. Delivery charges were not clearly mentioned while redeeming. Worst customer support.

Nothing special about this app. They just want you to install the app. I spent more money in their customer care than they offered in their offers. Bad Experience for me.
