Very disappointing experience. I redeemed an item using my other account and selected a delivery date, but it has been over a week with no update from the merchant or customer care. I am completely unaware of what to do next and unable to track my products. No response from customer care while calling them. After around two weeks, I got my products. Delivery charges were not clearly mentioned while redeeming. Worst customer support.

Well, I'm a new user for what I have been recommended by one of my friends. I haven't yet redeemed my earned points and it's fine. What I really love about this app is about the clear provision data protection facility, so every bit of data will be deleted on request. And this is one of the genuine provision under international data protection acts that the developer F1soft has provided to its users. And regarding the third party sharing, a protection of users' data is worth to be praised for.

The app is great, but can't say the same about the people operating it. Tried redeeming fonepoints and ordered an electronic device, paid 2600 rupees from esewa, exactly 9 days ago, yet for the first 5 days noone called until we called them ourselves. It has been 4 days now since we were told someone will contact, and still nothing. They don't even receive our calls. Such a disappointing experience. Our money is still stuck as of now.
