About this app

Using the calories table you can define the energy value of the most popular food items and cooked foods. As well, you can learn and correct your daily eating. General list includes the information on energy, carbohydrates, proteins and fats content in 100 grams of food. Energy value is expressed in kilocalories (kcal). The app contains more than 8700 items, and for your convenience it is separated into sections, and food items are listed in alphabetic order. Data in table are maximally exact, but you shall remeber that cooking peculiarities of some food influence the energy value and content of proteins, fats and carbohydrates.

Finally, I have found a simple, easy to use app to lookup nutrition counts. I did not want to set up a meal plan, reminders, and a constant barrage of emails. I just want to look up calorie counts in what I'm planning to eat in order to make choices. This app is well-organized, very user-friendly and has delightful graphics that actually HELP your navigating to be easier. Don't change a thing!!

Great for those who need an app for a diet guide without the stress of meticulously planning and counting every single bite they take. Please also include approximate serving size, or an option to display foods weight by serving size.

This app is very helpful for those people who are health conscious and want to eat healthy food according to their body need. They first check calories of food later they decide how much quantity they have to take. I like this app .
