It's been a great experience in my first year with Foodja. I enjoy working with this company. It's very easy money in my opinion. It's great having a local office to work with or pick up additional equipment. I love the Foodja dispatches the orders to each available driver instead of them dumping orders onto the app in a first come, first serve method. They often have incentives to help increase your earnings. For me, it's been a great partnership.

I keep getting texts that my availability is not set for the following week. Yet it is. There was recent changes made in the frontend while it did not change on the backend. Days of availability recently changed from a 7 day work week with breakfast, lunch and dinner availability . Now my app shows M-F lunch and dinner only. I think what is happening is on the backend it still has the old availability schedule while the frontend does not.

We appreciate you bringing this issue to our attention. We will be rolling out a fix to make sure we only send reminders when delivery times have not been declared Yes or No.

Impossible to sign up with this company. I submitted a clear picture of my insurance and driver's license and it keeps saying the image is blurry. It's perfectly clear! Then If you can get by that, and I didn't. , it wants you to enter your birth date, but you can't Just input it, it makes you scroll back month by month until you get to your year which would be 40 years in my case. Way too time consuming! Easier to apply to one of the other companies.
