Ratings and reviews

Not very user friendly. Pay close attention when ordering multiples of the same item! For instance, if you order a personal cheese pizza and then try to order a large bacon, even if you hit "done" after your cheese it might just replace the cheese pizza with the bacon, and if you dont check thoroughly you will be a pizza short on delivery. This has happened to my family several times. Beyond irritating! You would be better off just calling it in.

App has gotten slower and prices have become more expensive. The points system has been revamped and costs more points to get a $5 off coupon. how can they justify a medium chesse pizza for 12.99. when I can get a medium pizza with two toppings for 6.99 at domino's.

Such a bad user experience. I was creating an order, and when my phone locked, the order disappeared after I unlocked it. I had to enter everything again! I immediately uninstalled the app!
