Cant actually just order as a guest. Have to create an account. It doesnt save your order, takes you back to the root menu. Also how do i select toppings on my "build my own" pizza?! Only options are for crust, cheese, sauce, and bake, no toppings?! The website worked just fine as it was, now they ruined it with an overly complicated app that doesnt work. Papa Johns from now on i guess.

I cannot even get to the ordering stage. The website won't to order a pickup and the store wont allow me to call, because it keeps giving me a busy signal. My son left with no cash thinking I was putting in an order. Everything on this app is wrong and takes me in circles never allowing me to create an account or even continue as a guest. Half of the problem, I think, is that the app will not scroll to show buttons I need to use. I just downloaded it and it's trash

great idea, absolute junk app though. can't login, try forget password, never get a response, try to send message via report app issues, no response
