About this app

Orbis on your phone. Sign in with your company's Orbis account and take the work you do at a desk out into the field: follow up on leads, log calls, track time on projects, work your tickets, scan bills instead of typing them, and check your own leave and payslips.

This app is for teams whose business already uses Orbis. You need an account from your company's Orbis administrator to sign in.

LEADS AND CALLS
• Browse, search and filter your leads, and add or edit them on the spot
• A warning when a mobile number or GST number already belongs to another lead
• Call a lead through your phone's dialer, or open a WhatsApp chat, in one tap
• Log each call with its outcome, duration and notes
• A follow-up list split into overdue, due today and the next seven days
• Work through your cold-call lists

PROJECTS AND TIME
• See your projects, tasks and milestones
• Add a task, change its date or who it is assigned to
• Start a timer on a task, or log your hours afterwards
• See the hours you have tracked

SUPPORT
• Find, filter and work the tickets assigned to you

• Screenshots and screen recording are blocked inside the app
• Your sign-in is kept in Android's secure storage
• Sign in with your password, or with a one-time code sent to your mobile

Orbis needs an internet connection. Everything you do is saved straight to your company's Orbis workspace and appears on the web at once.

What’s new

• Count by photo: photograph a stack or a loose pile on a Stock item and Orbis counts it for you, then adds it to stock
• Each photo count shows who counted it
• Quicker product editing from Stock: name, price, quantity and barcode in four fields, with an option to show the cost price
