Ratings and reviews

cant get rewards since app changed!. every time I try to access my rewards, it says "sorry something went wrong". I have unistalled, cleared cache, cleared data, opened on desktop and nothing works. I have contacted customer service numerous times but they are no help whatsoever.

Website is better. No ability to do the simplest thing: zoom in on photos of items. Seriously?

The app is nice and snappy to navigate through compared to the online website, however when adding items to my basket it says that there is a 'error' with it, so if the item you want doesn't have your size it won't add it to the basket which makes sense but it shouldn't show up on the list if I specifically chose what size I wanted. Please fix this!!
