About this app

Exercises are one of the most important methods that help your foot drop heal. These strengthen the muscles of the foot and leg, maintain joint range of motion, improve the trial and gait, prevent muscle spasm and relieve pain.

The foot drop is mostly caused by the damage of the peroneal nerve. Sometimes it can occur after surgical operations such as hernia surgery. Apart from this, it may occur due to past anxiety and brain-spine disorders.
