I’ve been using this app for 10 months, and I have to say it’s the worst app I’ve ever used. It suffers from constant crashes, frequent loading screens that last for long periods, and errors that simply display codes to the user. If you aren't within 3 feet of the router, it doesn't work.

This app is always running in the background collecting info. And whenever I force stop it when I'm not using it it has trouble connecting the next time

We understand that connectivity issues with the pump is never enjoyable and we are constantly looking at how we can improve app connectivity. We would like to clarify that we don't collect any external info when the app is in the background. Background support is only used to maintain a pump connection when the app is in the background!

Updates are required, but they won't download into my phone. Time to delete another useless app from my phone.
