With this app you can keep track of your complaints. It will help you become aware of how much you complain and what topics you complain more. This is the first step to acquire the habit of having a more positive language.

Instructions for use:
Every time you "pilles" bitching enter your complaint through the button "Add your complaint". Select the type of complaint that best suits the occasion. You can add new types of complaints that come by default in the app, using the button "Set your complaints." You can also delete types of complaint that you are not interested; eye! Check your progress via the "summary of your complaints." You'll see a panel that tells you the total complaints by type, and date of last complaint of each type. In addition, from the third day of use you can configure this panel with a slider that lets you select the number of days you want to compare. If you choose 7 days, the panel will see the trend of the last 7 days compared with all the time you've been using the app. Thus it will be easier to see if you are improving or not in each type of complaint. You can select from the last day until the last 21 days, since it is understood that 21 consecutive days of practice can become a habit behavior. If you are 21 days without complaining, You've met the challenge! Cheer up!!
